    Fair for most of Europe, but gales and rain in Norway on Thursday

    A few showers in central and western Spain. Fair in eastern areas with
    plenty of sunshine. Fine for the Balearics as well as Corsica and
    Sardinia. Italy will be mostly dry and sunny although some showers in
    the west. Heavier and more widespread showers in Greece. Further heavy
    showerts and cold weather in Turkey.
    Fine for much of France with sunny spells but some rain in the far
    northwest. The Low Countries and Germany will be dry and fair with lots
    of sunshine. Staying fair for Hungary and Austria as well as
    Switzerland.
    A fine day in Denmark with more sunshine. Sunshine for the Baltic
    States and feeling cold. Finland will be dry too with some sunshine
    returning. Norway should be dry with sunny spells in the shower
    although snow showers in the north.

    Thursday
    Plenty of sunshine for much of Spain and Portugal. Some showers in
    northwest Spain. Fine in the Mediterranean with lots of sunshine in
    Italy, Corsica and Sardinia. Heavy showers for Sicily. Fair for Greece
    with sunny spells here and fair too in Turkey.
    Rain for the far north of France. Dry in central and southern France,
    some sunny spells here. Further cloud and some rain in the Low
    Countries. Germany will be brighter and dry with sunshine affecting
    Poland as well. Hungary and Austria will be dry and sunny, this
    sunshine extending to Switzerland.
    Rain and strong winds for Denmark. The Baltic States and Finland are
    likely to be dry. Windy in Finland. Fair in Sweden. Cloud with severe
    gales and periods of rain in much of Norway.
