It's so simple.
1) Rince rice (rub between hands)
2) Add to pot
3) Add double the water of the amount of rice
Turn pot on like 1 or 2 on the dial. Cover. After around 8 mins stir, lower heat to simmer and leave until done.
No special equipment needed works every time, nice and fluffy never had
an issue.

I CAN cook, but I don't really have the time to do it.
also i end up spending more money doing so and I don't want the
leftovers. I used to cook all the time for my son when he was a kid
but he's a grown man now.
I'm also not picky. I have gone a whole year just eating a meat patty
and cauliflower for dinner. I'm not really crazy about food.
Furthermore after having covid my sense of taste changed.

I was just poking at you but I do understand about not having time.

A meat patty and califlower isn't really that bad for dinner. I bet if i started eating like that, I'd feel better.

i didn't get food fatigue from it. i would have franks hot sauce on the patty. did you ever get an air fryer?
if not, get one. and get 5 gal or better. and get silicone inserts
and a metal tray for food to sit on. that's pretty much all i use to
cook now.
