Title: Cauliflower Poppers

1 Head cauliflower
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1/2 ts Chilli spice mix; more to
- taste
1/2 ts (ea) salt & black pepper
Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 400ºF/205ºC.
Cut cauliflower into florets and place in a bowl.
Add cumin, chilli spice, salt and pepper and toss well to
coat.
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
Spread cauliflower on sheet and bake until tender, about
10 minutes, stirring once during baking.
Makes about 8 - 1/2 cup servings.
