Title: Bean Salad

Yield: 4 Servings
16 oz Can kidney beans; rinse well

16 oz Can pinto beans; rinsed well
1 Rib celery; diced
1 ts Dill pickle; grated
2 ts Onion; grated
1 lg Egg; hard-cooked, chop fine
Romaine Lettuce leaves
1/4 c Anchovy Yogurt Dressing *
Separate recipe
Mix first 5 ingredients together lightly. Arrange on
lettuce leaves and top with a spoonful of dressing
