375 g Carrots (12 oz);
- grated coarsely
2 cl Garlic; up to 4, crushed
75 ml Mayonnaise (3 oz)
Salt
3 tb Fresh parsley; chopped,
- for garnish
In a bowl, mix the carrots and garlic thoroughly. Add the mayonnaise
and salt to taste. Mix well and chill in the fridge for at least 4
hours. Just before serving, garnish with the parsley.
