2 Ripe tomatoes
1/2 Red locoto pepper;
- without seeds
1 ts Huacataya (tagetes minuta)
Salt; to taste
Put all in food processor. Pulse chop until it takes thick sauce (like
salsa) consistency. Pour into strainer and let all water drain off
for 20 minutes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
