    Sure. It is a VoIP phone system for Ham Operators only. You need to have an active Callsign to be added to the phonbook/Users. Think of it as Echolink with a phone. They have weekly nets on it and so much more. Once you have a phone you open a Ticket on the Website to get your phone activated. In my case it took only 48 hours to get me activated.     A valid Tech license is all you need. It is a VoIP Phone system, so not over the air. You need a stable internet connection. I had Starlink for some month and it worked fine. Now I have Fibre and the quality is better.

    Since HHL is for licensed Ham operators only, you need a license. No license, no HHL service.
