    Hello everybody!

    When I try and logon to my bbs, the Terminal screen say's "Failed to creat node: 740. Can anyone help and tell me why it's doing this?

    It sounds like you have mystic set up to have 700+ nodes. Take a look at your server setup in MCFG in Servers >> Configure Servers >> Terminal (Telnet) >> Max Allowed field and pare it down to something manageble like 5 or so.

    Also, check your mystic data dir and see how many chat*.dat files you have. You
    might have over 700 of them, which could be a world record.

    Lastly, in a terminal window, run nodespy and see how many nodes are displayed.
    The number of nodes should match your number of configured nodes in the network
    settings. It is allowable to delete the chat*.dat files without doing any harm to the system. I would recommend doing that if there are that many of them.
