    3 or 4 times in my life. I enjoyed it but I just rarely found myself

    Some years back I took a train from Windsor to Toronto. It was my first train rike in at least 60 <cringe> years. Even though It was a 3-4 hour trip, the train had Wifi, so was able to keep myself busy. The coolest thing I saw along the way was a bunch of wind turbines; I'd never personally seen one before.

    What kinda surprised me was how easy it was to board the train. No security check or anything. A guy looks at your ticket and you just...get on. The Windsor station itself was very assuming. Just a little building not much bigger than a large trailer home and a wooden platform.

    I wouldn't mind doing it again.

    I think the last time I was on a train was back in about 1978..

    Not having been on one in ages I didn't know what it would be like
    these days, but they always appeared to be pretty laid back and,
    in most places, stations are small and simple.

    I guess not too many people try to hijack a train..
    It would be pretty hard to diguise where you were heading..

    As laid back as Windsor's was, London was even more so. Rminded me of the train station in Pettycoat Junction.
