    Solaris advises he's having some issues with his home fibre at the moment. he hopes to have it solved Thur afternoon his time, until fixed the access to 21:2/100 may be an issue.

    FYI, I have been having issues connecting to 21:1/10 for a couple of days
    now:

    It looks like it's trying the connection via IPv6, are you able to try IPv4 to see if that works?

    Yes, it tried both and both failed. The telnet connection on that port
    also tried both and both failed. :(

    My neighbors must have loved that.

    I remember that FD alarm sound clearly and (somewhat) fondly. It got your attention. :-)
