I'm looking for something as easy as Diablo 4, but for single player. It
needs to be AAA, but accessible with really easy to figure out combat. Mechwarriors 5 Mercenaries is pretty good as well, but it's too boring. The combat is easy enough, but it's too repetitive.

I can't really play open world games that don't hand feed me my next
direction. I never knew what to do next in Cyberpunk 2077 or Witcher 3.

AAA that is highly accessible.

I would be willing to play a turn based RPG (or action JRPG) as long as it's not too difficult (an easy mode would be mandatory) and I could finish it without too much trouble.

That might be a winner. I purchased Armored Core 6 Fires of Rubicon, which isn't terribly easy, but mostly auto-aims. Using the laser sword takes some practice though. I got the easy mod, but I'm not sure how well it works. I know that I can't use it and the online mode as I'll get banned. I might
give it a shot. I'm at the first level boss, which is pretty hard not being that used to the game yet. I played with a friend, switching each time we
died (unless it was ridiculously fast).

I tried it, couldn't get past the keycode searching... The little bit of combat I was in was easy, but if the puzzles are stumping me (and I set
puzzles to easy), it's not going to be a fun time.

How complex are the controls? I couldnt' play Devil May Cry 5 due to it requiring moves with 3 buttons at the same time (left stick, right button and Y) with my tremors and poor reflexes. I'm also reluctant to do anything with puzzles as my patience is not known to be that great either.

I got Hades II, looks fun! I've been able to progress, abliet slowly.

I started playing Last Epoch, offline, single player only.
It was mindlessly fun for a while but it's just worthless to collect any items there, it's more about learning skills/magic properly and you can clean the map as easy as it goes.

There is some story there too... could be interesting (time travel involved) if such game genre was anyhow about stories...
