Greetings all,
BinktermPHP is a free and open-source web-based BBS with integrated
support for FTN/Fidonet networking.
It combines traditional FTN packet handling with a modern browser
interface, allowing users to read and write echomail and netmail from
any device - desktop, phone, or tablet - while still delivering a full
BBS experience.
Why it exists
BinktermPHP began as an experiment in using modern AI to build a working
BinkP / FTN system from scratch.
What started as a mailer prototype evolved into a full-featured BBS
platform incorporating many of the capabilities sysops expect.
BinktermPHP focuses on making FTN participation easier on modern
systems while maintaining compatibility with existing nodes.
