Rob Swindell has confirmed to me that "<password> -R" in the subject line works. It's in the historic areafix-specs.

If it does not work for you, you probably are not using the latest release.

It was for a message post, not for rescan, so it's correct.

please, can you confirm if you receive that message with "decreto Nro 1"
as subject? All other nodes that are connected to that area have
confirmed to me that they received it.
