Ok, if you change your mind, you are always welcome to join. It
is a project that was part of my life in the 90's (StormNet, I
    helped create)

Okay, I've got a quick question:

Is it supposed to be "Fun" Net,

    or.... "Eff You" Net ?

That is funny. It is actually like the Foo Fighters. A bunch of FU (FOO) But not remotely based on the Foo Fighters. ;)

I originally had the domain set to 'funet(.org)' then didn't do anything and let it lapse. That is why there is a hyphen in there.

    Ahhhh, OK. I hadn't noticed/considered that pronunciation.

I'm pondering putting in an application, thanks for the reply.

FuNet has a bucnh of vintage BBSing types of discussions, as
    well as
    some
hobby related, music, etc. I will be adding more stuff soon.

The very popular fsxnet has a nice retro area. Hobbynet has all
sorts of hobby related groups. musicnet is a mostly dead music
network. I don't see anything new here.
