• Both of you

From Alexander Koryagin@2:221/1 to All on Mon Nov 24 09:40:14 2025

    Hi, All!

In the end of "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone"

    -----Beginning of the citation-----
...pulling into platform nine and three-quarters at King's Cross Station.

It took quite a while for them all to get off the platform. A wizened
old guard was up by the ticket barrier, letting them go through the gate
in twos and threes so they didn't attract attention by all bursting out
of a solid wall at once and alarming the Muggles.

"You must come and stay this summer," said Ron, "both of you - I'll send
    you an owl."

"Thanks," said Harry, "I'll need something to look forward to." People
jostled them as they moved forward toward the gateway back to the Muggle
    world.
----- The end of the citation -----

What Ron did mean by "both of you"? Hurry and his owl? ;-)

    Bye, All!
    Alexander Koryagin

It's not well written, but the following few sentences refer to Harry, Ron, an
Hermione "passed through the gateway together" so I would infer that the invitation is to Harry and Hermione. This isn't great literature, so many errors can be found!

I hope there are no die-hard Harry Potter fans about, or they may be concentrating some spells on you! :D

Yes. It was probably Monday, when I sent it, a hard day in Russia. ;) It is a hard day on the other side of the pond, too? Or it is a Russian phenomen only? ;-)
