Greetings!
I'm looking for suggestions for an offline mail reader, mostly for the editing capabilities... something with fairly straight-forward
methods of quoting messages to which you reply. I do most of my
BBSing on an 80286 running DOS 5, but I also sometimes use a Windows
10 box... possibly macOS but mainly the DOS 5 and Windows 10 OSes.
It's been so long since I've used one, I don't remember what I used to
run and unaware if anything new has come out.

You wouldn't happen to know where to download the BlueWave for DOS and
the Y2K patch, would you? I poked around a little bit yesterday
before I had to leave, but all I could find were broken links :/

What I consider complete? Something with a nice editing
system as quoting messages is not straight forward on some
built-in editors LOL

I plan on getting OpenXP, but I also want something DOS
based to keep with the vintage ;)
Yes, I am going to check out OpenXP... and as far is period-correct access? I'm currently on a Tandy 1000 TL/2 with an IBM 5153 CGA monitor LOL.
