Hi All,

I've been testing all nodes in the node list for the past six days. Any node that failed to connect at all during this window has been marked as Hold or Down, depending on the specific test results.

I will continue these tests over the coming weeks. If these nodes remain completely unreachable, I will move them from Hold to Down and remove Down nodes from the list eventually.

Affected Regions are: R13, R17, and R90.

If you are a Host for the affected nets and disagree with this or if there's a reason for the total downtime please let me know and please explain where I'm mistaken.
