CADbill creates bill of materials from DXF
files exported by any CAD program such  as
AutoCAD, TurboCAD etc. The resulting ASCii
or CSV files  may be imported  into  other
applications.
Features include a text mode windowed GUI,
mouse support, online help, hot keys, drop
down menus.  DOS software that works under
any  operating system  that  supports  DOS
sessions ; Windows v3.xx/95/NT, OS/2 etc.
