FLAGCRC.PPE
PPE originally written by David Terry that
flagged file with spacebar from bottom to
top.  Added files flagged counter to line
and changed the view command to only appear
in the command when spacing through files
AND will view all files EXCEPT .GIF, .JPG,
and .BMP files.  Tells people they can't
view these files online.
